The Sans Souci Farm Stay Room is decorated in vivid bright colors. Several Flemish paintings of Frans Van Steen of Wiese Belgium adorn this room. Luxuriate in this room and the peacefulness of the country. Enjoy the smell of nature, the aroma of pines as they spill out their fragrance. As you relax on the deck reflecting back on the enjoyments in this life. You might catch a flicker of a catfish turning in the pond, a owl hooting, a coyote howling or a frog crocking. Enjoy catching a catfish out of the pond or just sitting around the pond and reading a good book. Enjoy the occasional squirrel, white tail deer, and the many songbirds that may come into sight.

1 nights room deposit required to reserve room.

2 night minimum during special events and holidays. All other times 1 night minimum.

Room sleeps 3 persons maximum

14 day notice of cancellation required or you will be charged full room rate during Texas A & M special events, sporting events, graduation, parents weekend or holidays.

A $20.00 processing fee is charged for cancellations once reservation has been made

We request time of arrival.

All occupancy rates are subject to change

State(6%)and local(2%) hotel taxes may apply

There is one guest accommodations with private bath

Single occupancy rate is between $ 90.00 and $ 120.00 +8% Hotel Tax

Double occupancy rate is between $ 99.00 and $ 155.00 +8% Hotel Tax

Special Rates $95.00/day for two person, Sunday - Wednesday. With no minimum stay. Does not apply on special events or special holiday falls on those times.

A Continental Plus breakfast is included with room rate
